Mobile numbers and text messages

When you agree to be texted we store your mobile number, the date and time you agreed, the exact wording shown to you at that moment, the page it was shown on, and your IP address. The number is used to send you the messages described below and for nothing else. The rest of that record exists only to evidence that consent was given, and is kept for as long as it may need to be shown.

No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Delivering a text message requires a messaging carrier to carry it. That carrier acts only on the instructions of the brokerage sending the message, may use the number for nothing except delivering that message, and may not retain it, sell it or re-use it for any purpose of its own. That is message delivery, not disclosure — the same relationship your telephone company has with a call you place.
